When do I get paid?
Money you earn goes into your Earnings Wallet as soon as your work is approved. You can request a withdrawal to your bank account, and withdrawals are paid on the published withdrawal day.
What happens if my work is rejected?
You are told why, in the employer's own words, and you can appeal it. A request for changes is not a rejection: it does not count against your rating and your slot stays yours while you fix the work.
Is the money really there before I start a job?
Yes. An employer funds a job into escrow before it appears on the marketplace, so the payment for your slot is already set aside before you accept it.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Only to sell services or hire workers. Working does not require it. Verification is what lets buyers trust who they are dealing with, and it is checked by a person rather than automatically.
